CORPORATE DIRECTORS CEO CLUB

The Corporate Directors CEO Club is an organization exclusively for directors and CEO's of public companies. It was founded in 2004 and currently has  over 400 members coast to coast.The purpose of the organization is to allow  public company directors and CEO's the opportunity to meet, network and learn.  The Club sponsors a series of venues across the country including dinners,  golf outings, seminars, ISS approved 1 day courses for credit, conference  calls on breaking and important news for directors etc. Members have an  opportunity to be briefed by experts in the field of corporate governance and  responsibility, in a collegial atmosphere. These venues allow members to meet,  network, socialize and learn. They are fun AND informative.  There is no charge for membership or for attending Club events as our  sponsors underwrite the Club expenses.
